Returns & Refunds

Products that are purchased from us can be returned within the first 15 days from receipt of the goods (unless faulty), providing the following conditions are fulfilled:

• The goods must be received in "as new" condition, with all product seals unbroken.
• The packaging of the goods must be unmarked and undamaged.
• The carriage to return the goods to us is your responsibility.
• The goods remain your responsibility until we have signed for them.

Important: The goods must be returned within 10 days from the issue of the returns number. If you believe the item you received is faulty, you must firstly notify us. Once we have given you a returns number you can send it back to us with the purchase order number and letter of explanation. We will then issue a refund after investigating the matter.
