Standard UK delivery is by Royal Mail First Class Recorded. We aim to despatch the same day and deliver the next day. However due to current demand please allow up to 5 working days for delivery. Postage is free.
Guaranteed next day delivery to the UK is available and costs £6.50. All orders must be placed before 1.00pm. Guaranteed next day means next working day; therefore orders placed on a Saturday will arrive the following Tuesday.

Returns & Refunds
Products that are purchased from us can be returned within the first 15 days from receipt of the goods (unless faulty), providing the following conditions are fulfilled:
- The goods must be received in "as new" condition, with all product seals unbroken.
- The packaging of the goods must be unmarked and undamaged.
- The carriage to return the goods to us is your responsibility.
- The goods remain your responsibility until we have signed for them.
Important: The goods must be returned within 10 days from the issue of the returns number. If you believe the item you received is faulty, you must firstly notify us. Once we have given you a returns number you can send it back to us with the purchase order number and letter of explanation. We will then issue a refund after investigating the matter.
